Add Archive or Folders feature for documents. There needs to be some organization around documents.

Live Documents

I think it would be highly beneficial to have a feature where a team could see and work on a live document. Our team uses a lot of programs and are having to scramble back and forth. Hubly is one our primary programs and having a section to see a live document could really help us from bouncing around. Almost like Google Docs or The Cloud. Being able to work on one sheet and not having to save multiple and seeing which one is the most recent would really make a big difference in our team. I can say with confidence it would help others as well.

WF Attachment Carryover

Nicolette Watkins
Our team attaches templates within WFs that are only needed in a particular WF and should not carry over. Can you create a option to allow the user to choose if attachments should flow over/not flow over to subsequent WFs for clients? I understand other clients will use the attachment feature as a storage place for their individual clients documents but that is not something we can/would use it for. Thanks.

Allow Attachments To Task

We want to attach a specific client document to a specific task for them in a workflow rather than to the whole workflow.

Download multiple files at once

When a client/prospect uploads 30+ documents for review, it would be useful to download them all at once vs. one at a time.

Hubly Notes Feed - Linked Documents

If it could pull through the linked documents from a Note posted in RedTail into Hubly's Contact Card notes as well, this would be helpful in prepping for phone calls and keeping the advisor Hubly focused.

Drag & Drop upload file

Sarah Ward
I would like to be able to drag and drop a file to add a document for a client. Often we receive PDFs via email, and it would be convenient to drag and drop them into a client card, instead of having to save to a file to then select to upload. Thank you!

This feature would be so beneficial for complicated tasks that need a little further explanation outside of task descriptions!

This would be a huge improvement. It is one of HUBLYS weakest links.
