Apply points to tasks

Currently Hubly tracks how many tasks each team member completes. This is a great stat, but is deceiving given that some tasks are fast and some take a lot of effort. If we think of each task currently being worth one point, it would be nice to be able to apply a point rating to each task and have total points tracked in addition to number of tasks. The way it is currently,it looks like the team member with the easiest/fastest tasks, is doing the vast majority of work. This sets up a bad dynamic within teams.

A built-in stopwatch when I click "time spent on task," or alternatively right on the home page of Hubly. When the timer is stopped maybe you can assign to a client workflow/card/task

And compare the time spent to the time estimates for the tasks.

Amy Walls You can currently provide time estimates for each task. Could you use this to achieve what you are looking for? You could the look at the total estimated task time someone completed. i.e. Jane completed 8 tasks expected to take 2 hour each = 16 task hours, Mary completed 2 task expected to take 8 hours each = 16 task hours

Benjamin Fayle: No. Unfortunately, the time doesn't work the same way. What I'm asking for is something very common in programming, and allows for leading by stats and creating a game out of getting work done. It can actually create a more fun and dynamic workplace.
