Hey there! Just wanted to suggest that you implement a user experience team to really put the software through the rigor of daily use. There are some really simple fixes that could enhance the user experience IMMENSELY that are not very coding-intensive. For example, a simple "reorder alphabetically" for drop-down lists would make it SO MUCH EASIER for users to find their selections. It would really enhance the product from the front end -- which is what your customers see.
