Would love to see an option for viewer access to share with consultants, accountants, etc that are not individually priced. This is an option with most of our services that is critical to operations, but isn't available here.

It would be awesome to be able to categorize certain workflows as private for either a single user or group of users. Examples would be for HR related items, or items that the whole team shouldn't be able to see but still need to be tracked and are workflow oriented.

Would like to see a feature that creates an auto logout based on certain criteria--eg, timeout after inactivity, after browser closeout or computer restart--otherwise anyone could have access to the integrated CRM
