Hubly Roadmap Requests

When launching an email from the workflows, please add the ability to default that email to either just the client or the client and the spouse. We try to include both spouses on all emails as much as possible, since you never know which retiree is better at checking email regularly.

Self-explanatory.

To provide clarity for our users, it would be helpful to include a brief description of what the workflow is for. For example, use this workflow when processing a rollover request from a plan we advise on. 🚨 Also, this is a brilliant idea of mine!

Can you add an active or turn-on feature when downloading templates? I added a lot of workflow with the goal of reviewing them and assigning the tasks, but if someone finds one and uses it with no one assigned, that is bad. There needs to be an option to see them without making them active yet.
